Texas Process Servers Academy
Thanks for stopping by.
You’ve reached the home of the most dynamic instructional courses offered in Texas to private process servers.
We have courses for beginners and newcomers to the profession, and for renewing Certified Process Servers.
All our courses are officially approved by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission of the Texas Supreme Court, which means that any course you take from us will meet the requirements you need to obtain…or renew…your Certification.
Our courses offer students the reality of the profession, leaving out all the ‘war-stories’ that waste so much of your valuable time.
We show sample forms and explain how to fill them out properly to meet the legal requirements of the laws, rules and regulations that govern the profession. We also give examples of real-life scenarios to show you what to do…and what NOT to do…and explain why.
When you’re through with the course, you'll take an exam that tests your knowledge, and after you pass the exam, we'll issue a Certificate of Proficiency. That Certificate you’ll print and send to the JBCC along with your application, receipt for your fingerprints, and the required fees.
That’s all there is to it. After the JBCC approves your application, you’re good-to-go!
